If you don't find the answer you need there, contact your help desk. iPass and its reseller partners provide specialized training to corporate help desk personnel, so they can provide support to individual employees. Although it's rare, sometimes even your help desk may need assistance. Should this occur, your help desk will escalate the problem on your behalf to an iPass reseller partner or iPass technical expert using the SOS System (username and password required).
