These partners retain sales, technical, support and administrative personnel who have completed in-depth training and testing across all of iPass' areas of specialization. In addition, they have demonstrated exceptional business performance over time as measured by revenue attainment, number of accredited personnel, service support and training goals.
Certified Partner
Certified Partners retain a large number of sales, technical and administrative personnel who have completed in-depth training and testing across all of iPass' areas of specialization. These partners deliver superior iPass support and have demonstrated technical expertise in reselling the iPass service. Certified Partners typically focus on providing a variety of complimentary services. In addition, Certified Partners have demonstrated extremely strong commitment to iPass over time as measured by the number of accredited personnel, service support and staff training goals.
Specialized Partner
Specialized Partners retain sales and technical personnel who have completed in-depth online training and testing in one of iPass' areas of specialization. These areas include connectivity and security. Specialized Partners provide a high level of iPass expertise and often provide additional complimentary services. In addition, Specialized Partners have demonstrated strong commitment to iPass within their area of specialization as measured by service support and staff training goals.
Authorized Partner
Authorized Partners retain sales and technical personnel who have completed basic iPass training and testing online. In addition Authorized Partners have demonstrated solid business performance over time as measured by service support and staff training goals.
