All Aboard: Get iPass Service at Northeast Corridor Train Stations
New York's Penn Station is the country's busiest passenger transportation facility, serving more than 500,000 people daily—that's more than John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark airports combined. According to Joel Wachtler, vice president of marketing and strategy at iPass, "Adding these strategic venues is a major boon for iPass customers who travel the Northeast Corridor. It also extends the capabilities of iPass enterprise mobility services to a vast number of potential users." Putting Productivity on the Fast Track These new locations complement the world's largest Wi-Fi footprint available through a single service. Thanks to iPass' easy-to-use iPassConnect™ software, you won't miss a connection at any of iPass' 80,000 Wi-Fi hotspots worldwide, including key T-Mobile® HotSpots at Starbucks® coffee houses, Borders® Books & Music stores, FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Centers, and 82 of the world's Top 100 airports, including the airline clubs of American, British Airways, Delta, United and US Airways. Expanding access into key rail stations is the latest example of iPass' successful roaming partnership with T-Mobile. Since 2003, iPass customers have enjoyed access to T-Mobile venues both in the United States and Europe. More recently, iPass added T-Mobile's 3G mobile data network in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands to its service offering. Travel Safely As you can see, when it comes to staying safe, productive and in touch while commuting, iPass has just the ticket.
